GMT hand doesn't look independent. Most of the shitters with 2813s have the GMT hand at that angle. Would be a sub $100 watch brand new if that's the case. I would ask for video of the gmt hand being set.

Not getting much because of the price point. Not your fault, but most of the stuff moving is sub $150. Its not the popularity of the watch that's the problem, just fewer buyers here in the higher price point imo.
